'Give Aunt Flo the Mic' is a night dedicated to empowered women sharing creative performances such as spoken word, poetry, singing, dance and theatrical performances. The aim is to raise as much money as possible for Dig Deep's period pride campaign whilst at the same time soak in some amazing and creative performances.
During the night you will have opportunities to buy raffle tickets. There are lots of incredible luxury prizes that will be announced on the run up to the event - so stay tuned!
Snacks will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
The lovely people at Cambridge Street Kitchen will be serving drinks for purchase (cash and card accepted).

Dig Deep's Period Pride Campaign has been launched to celebrate periods. Kenyan Girls believe that menstruation is the most significant barrier to their schooling. The campaign aims to shed the stigma surrounding periods and give girls the confidence they need to unlock their potential and thrive. Dig Deep is working to keep girls in school through their Menstruation Hygiene Management (MHM) programme. MHM provides access to adequate information, preparation, and support to manage menstruation in a healthy and safe manner.
They are also selling some period pride merchandise to fundraise for the campaign which can be ordered online following the link above .They have some great tote bag's and T-shirts with slogans like 'Go with Your Flow' and 'It's Natural Get Ova it', however stocks are running out very quickly so grab one now if you would like one!
